i have wanted to get both books for several years. i am so happy with them. we have been saving so much money using them. the pictures are fantastic. the recipies are easy to follow and if there is something i am allergic to it is easy to change just that one ingrediant and it still tastes great. i am also enjoying your new channel. thank you for all you do.
If you’re looking to save money and time in the grocery store and in the kitchen, give Dining On A Dime Cookbook Volume 2 a try. So far, so good! The recipes don’t call for a bunch of ingredients or complicated prep, but you can still make so many things from scratch—even if you don’t have a lot of cooking skills. Despite the simplicity of the meals, they are very tasty.
The health and beauty section is such a nice benefit, too! These recipes provide even more ways to cut down on your grocery/beauty bill. There’s also a section on cleaning—shockingly, the burned pan recipe really works. There are plenty of good reasons to purchase this cookbook!
I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality of the book. It does lie flat, just like Tawra mentioned, and the pictures inside are beautiful. The care they’ve put into making this book and shipping it to their customers (I provided the wrong address, and they contacted me to confirm before shipping) really shows how passionate they are about helping others.
I decided not to get Volume 1 at first because I already have the 20th Anniversary Edition, but after using Volume 2, I know I’ll be buying Volume 1 too. It’s worth the investment!
A further treasure trove of recipes and wisdom. I wish I had these when I was 19 and a new bride in '93! I took a few years of high school economics, but still naive with cooking. These should be in every household!
