How do I download my e-books?
These e-books must be downloaded to your device for you to keep them.
When you order, you will receive an email from LIVING ON A DIME TO GROW RICH with a link to download your e-books or digital products. Please locate this email and click the button that says "Click here to download your e-books!"
On the page that appears is a list of the e-books you purchased. Click each one that you wish to download and the e-book will be downloaded to your device in your "Downloads" folder. If you cannot locate the downloads folder on your device, please Google "Where are my downloads on a [DEVICE NAME - Windows Computer, Mac, iPhone, etc.]?"
If you are using a desktop or laptop computer, you can tell the computer specifically where to save the files. To do that, follow these steps:
- 1) Click the link in your order email to go to the download page.
- 2) Find the link on that page for the e-book you want to download.
- 3) RIGHT click over the link (click the right mouse button). A little menu with a few options should pop up.
- 4) In that menu is an option like "Save as", Save Target as" or something like that. Click that option.
- 5) Another window will pop up with options about how to save. One of the options is where to save on your computer. I recommend saving to "Desktop" or "Documents" so you know where to find them easily.
- 6) Then, in the same window, click "Save."
After that, you should be able to go to that location on your computer and find the e-books there.
I did not receive the email with my download links.

2) Sometimes, our email gets market as spam. Please check your email in your spam or bulk mailbox. If the email is not in your spam e-mail folder, it may have been filtered by your Internet provider before you received it.
3) To prevent order emails and messages from going to spam or being filtered, please add us to your email "whitelist" or "safe senders list." You can find instructions about adding us to a whitelist here.
Please whitelist editor@livingonadime.com . If you like, you can whitelist all items coming from livingonadime.com by whitelisting *@livingonadime.com

How do I create or log in to my account?
You can get details about your orders or re-download e-books by creating a user account. Click here for details about creating and using user accounts.
How do I back up my e-books?
We strongly recommend making a backup copy of your e-books to a separate device for your own personal use. Then, you will not lose them if something unexpected happens, like your computer or phone crashes, you accidentally delete them, etc.
We are unable to re-send your e-books months or years after your order, so please protect your investment. Some good options for backing up e-books are to copy them to a flash drive and keep it in a safe place or to store them on a cloud drive like Dropbox.
Flash drives are a cheap and easy option and you can buy one inexpensively at most stores like Walmart, Amazon.com, electronics stores and other types of stores.
How do I read my e-books?
First, you need to download the e-books to your computer or device. Please refer to the How to Download question above for more about downloading.
Our e-books are PDF Files, which can be read on any modern device. Most devices have PDF reading software built-in. You can also view PDF files with the free Adobe Reader available here or at the app store for your device.
Due to the large number of different devices people use, we are unable to provide assistance in how to use your computer, phone or other device.
If you are having difficulty operating your device, please consult the user information provided when you purchased your device or try searching Google for the problem you are experiencing.
How do I use the digital product (e-books, etc.) on my device (iPad, iPhone, Kindle, etc.)
Due to the vast number of different kinds of devices, we cannot offer technical support about how to use your device. The e-books are PDF files viewable with the free Adobe Reader, available on most devices.
Here are a few of the most common requests:
Windows PC or Mac Computer
Once an e-book is downloaded to your computer, you can normally just double click the PDF file where it lives on your computer and it will open with your default PDF reader. You can also view PDF files with the free Adobe Reader available here.
iPad/iPhone
In order to save a PDF e-book to your iPad/iPhone, you’ll need to save it to iBooks.
Click the download link to open the e-book in Safari. A button will appear that say "Add to iBooks." Click it and the e-book will be added to iBooks, where it will always be available unless you delete the file or reformat (delete) your device.
Kindle
These e-books are PDF files. The easiest way to read the e-books on a Kindle is to download them to your computer. Then, connect the Kindle to the computer with your Kindle USB cable and when the Kindle shows up on your computer, copy the e-book files into the "Documents" folder. Then you can navigate to "Documents" to find the e-books. Here is a more specific explanation with pictures.
For further instructions specific to your device, please Google "How to open PDF files on [YOUR DEVICE]."
I clicked my download link and it says "Too many download attempts" or "Link Expired".
The download link expires if you try to download too many times. Please contact us to reset your download link. We are unable to reset download links more than 30 days after your order.
Please download each of your e-books and then save to a backup device like a flash drive or cloud drive.
I clicked away from the download page and now I can't find it.
A link to your download page was emailed to you. Please check your e-mail for an email from LIVING ON A DIME TO GROW RICH and click the button that says "Click here to download your e-books!"
I clicked to download and my item just disappeared.
This probably means that the item downloaded automatically to the download folder specified on your device. Most devices save to a folder called "Downloads". In order to find it, you may need to Google "Where does my device* save downloads?" (*Android Phone, Windows PC, Mac, Kindle, iPhone, etc.)
If you are using a desktop or laptop computer, you can tell the computer specifically where to save the files. To do that, follow these steps.
